Water Damage in Vashon, Washington

This was a water loss that happened because of a burst sprinkler pipe outside of the customer's home. The before photo showcases the room before we did any demo. The drywall is saturated and held insulation behind the walls, which cannot dry in place and must be removed in order to avoid mold growth. Our technicians cut and removed the drywall and insulation. The after photo shows the framing dried out and the drywall and insulation removed. You can see our technicians' clean and precise cuts. This makes it much easier for contractors to complete the repairs during the rebuild.
