Mold Remediation in Gig Harbor, WA

This is a mold remediation job in a crawlspace. There was a water source that caused mold  to grow. The homeowners were trying to sell their home and were unable to until the home could pass an inspection and the mold was removed. The before photo shows the black, spotted mold on the subfloor before the remediation was complete. The after picture shows the subfloor clean of mold. We completed an air clearance test after the remediation was complete and it came back clear of mold and the home was able to pass an inspection. Our customers were thankful for our quick response and remediation of the mold.
