Storage Facility Mold Remediation

This water damage event was due to a burst pipe in the ceiling. The leak was not found for a couple days, so mold started to grow on the drywall. If you look closely at the before photo, you can see microbial growth along the ceiling and walls where the pipe had burst. In most cases, mold on drywall should be removed, as mold may also be in the walls and on the framing. In order to effectively remediate, we removed the affected drywall.
